Return Policy

Returns are only. eligible for products purchased from girlyworldcosmetics.com

If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us for a return within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. We will not except returns after 14 days of purchase. You are responsible for providing the cost of the return label. Once we received the un-used item. We will issue a full refund.

Once you have used the product we will NOT accept any returns due to sanitary & hygiene concerns.

Return Procedure:

• Within 14 days of purchase if you are unhappy with your order, contact info@girlyworldcosmetics.com and provide your order number
• Purchase a return label from our website
• We will then email you a return label within 24-48 hours, you will use this label to print out, tape to your package, and take to your prospective mailing service.

Damaged Items

We are NOT responsible for items damaged by shipping providers. If your item arrives damaged, please send us pictures right away and we will resolve your issue accordingly.

Lost Products

Once your order is shipped it is no longer our responsibility. Please refer to your tracking number to keep track of your order. If you do not receive your item on the expected date, please contact your perspective mailing service. Since the order is your name we can not inquire on your behalf.
