Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us for a return. However, you are responsible for providing the cost of the return label. Once we received the un-used item. We will issue a refund.
Once you have used the product we will NOT accept any returns due to sanitary concerns.
Damaged Items
We are NOT responsible for items damaged by shipping providers. If your item arrives damaged, please send us pictures right away and we will resolve your issue accordingly.
Lost Products
Once your order is shipped it is no longer our responsibility. Please refer to your tracking number to keep track of your order. If you do not receive your item on the expected date, please contact your perspective mailing service. Since the order is your name we can not inquire on your behalf.
